  • 1 Night Stay - 2nd Oct Check in & 3rd Oct Check Out

  • Residential package includes conference registration of primary booking person, stay at hotel for 2 Nights, breakfast and relevant taxes.
  • Second occupant (of Double Occ Room Sharer) must have separate registration done for either as delegate or as an accompanying to get entitled for related benefits.

Important Guidelines for SRS India 2026 Registration:

  • Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
  • Please always wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) in the conference area.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
  • Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
  • Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card.
  • Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
  • Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
  • Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments
  • The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.

Note: Refund Policy

  • 80% refund for cancellations made on or before 31st July 2026.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made on or before 31st August 2026.
  • No refund will be issued thereafter.

Note: Please reach out to the event management team should you require any assistance with accommodation arrangements.

The event management team will provide support to outstation participants in securing nearby hotel accommodations, available at an additional cost.
